Personnel Administrator and Corporation Secretary

Carmen is Dr. Pollack's wife and a licensed clinical psychologist with a practice of her own in Glastonbury, CT. She has been an integral member of the Pollack team, assisting with all personnel matters, some marketing, and generally providing doctor and staff support as needed. Carmen enjoys working with such a wonderful team of people who all want the very best for their patients.

Financial Coordinator

Alicia is our financial coordinator and helps our patients find a way to make orthodontic treatment fit into their budget. One of the most rewarding aspects of her job is watching patients’ personalities and confidence change and grow as a result of receiving orthodontic treatment.

Marci

Treatment Coordinator

As our treatment coordinator, Marci has the opportunity to meet with all our new patients and work with them throughout their treatments to make sure they receive the best care possible. She enjoys welcoming in new patients and making our current patients feel at home.

Diane

Scheduling Coordinator

As the scheduling coordinator, Diane helps patients schedule appointments and answers any questions they may have. She greatly enjoys getting to know all of our new patients and making each patient feel welcome in our office.

Orthodontic Assistant and Clinical Coordinator

Maria loves seeing the transformation that takes place when our patients get their braces off. Seeing the excitement and pleasure on their faces and the joy on their parents' faces when treatment is complete is the best part of her day.

Justine enjoys spending time getting to know her patients and making sure that each patient’s treatment is as comfortable as possible. She likes working with terrific patients and learning new techniques to make treatments faster and more effective.
